Tsar Top

A delicious taste of brewing history, this export strength stout undergoes a secondary fermentation with Brettanomyces yeast isolated from an English stock ale brewed back in 1910. A rich, smooth and complex stout with very enjoyable unique flavours – sweet, yet dry and subtly bitter.

Ingredients

Water, malted barley, hops, yeast.

Hops: Pilgrim, Bobek

Malt: Pale Maris Otter, Amber, Brown, Black

Also: Brewers Invert Sugar No. 2
