The Old Dairy Brewery is nestled deep in the heart of the ‘Garden of England’ just moments from the High Street in the picturesque market town of Tenterden in Kent. With glorious views over rolling countryside, the brewery is housed in two old World War II Nissen buildings next to the Kent & East Sussex Steam Railway. One has been converted into our new 30 barrel brewery, complete with shop, bar and meeting room (‘The Parlour’) while the second plays host to our offices and warehousing operation.
Only the finest malts and hops are used to brew our beers, and most of these are grown on our own doorstep in the Garden of England. Our carefully crafted recipes are designed to create perfectly balanced, very drinkable ales across a range of different styles.
The Brewing team
The brewing team is led by our talented head Brewer, Wes Lynch, who has been hard at work crafting award-winning beers for us along with our Assistant Brewer, Paul Sipas. Wes is supported by his enthusiatic brewing team Ed Davies who delivers our beers in style. The team are all passionate about their craft and it shows in everything we brew.
