Green Hop

by | September 8, 2015 | News |

Kent Green Hop Fortnight takes place from Friday 25 September until Sunday 11 October.

From Green Bullet to Kent Green hop....

Our green hop beer is simply called Green Hop (4%) and is made with a traditional British variety grown locally by Hukins Hops at Huffenden Farm.

'The best thing about brewing a green hop beer is the smell and colour of the freshly picked hops.' Says Glenn, our Head Brewer.  'The day as a whole is a manic rush as we try and get our hops in the beer as quick as we can, last year we managed it in 25 minutes!'

Our Green Hop beer will be available in cask from Monday 21 September. Here are some of the pubs that you will find our Green Hop - however, we would suggest you ring the pub beforehand just to check availability.   We will add more!
